Is an integrative Mind-Body Therapist with a holistic approach to nervous system and trauma healing.

Dianna firmly believes in the transformative power of integrating body mind tools, helping you establish a deeper connection between your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Her ultimate goal is to guide you in coming home to your body.

With a strong commitment to facilitating resilience, healing, and growth, Dianna is passionate about creating a supportive community that fosters collective sharing and collaboration for the betterment of society by creating The Moving Circle. She has her own private practice called Advance with Health in Sydney and online.

Guest Speaker Lisa Guy

Lisa Guy is an experienced naturopath who has been treating people for over 2 decades in her Sydney-based clinic, Art of Healing. Lisa is also an accomplished author, avid health writer and recipe developer; regularly contributing to leading wellness publications such as WellBeing and EatWell. 

Finding immense joy in supporting and educating people on their journey to improved health and wellbeing, Lisa sees clients with a wide range of health conditions including anxiety, depression, menopausal issues, insomnia, and chronic fatigue. She is particularly passionate about helping women flourish through perimenopause and menopause.

Lisa believes that food is one of the greatest pleasures in life. With her wholesome recipes and meal recommendations, she helps to motivate people to embrace healthy eating and to become excited about cooking nutritious and delicious meals that will nourish both their minds and body.
